I m pure vegetarian, and 5 hrs travel daily, which  diet vitamin  chart suitable for me, I m eating oily foods n snacks like samosa, pav bhaji etc. I feel tiredness whole day

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

Take healthy food in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food. For prescribing diet chart required Complete information like weight, madical history, family history. In travel time Carry fruits and raw vegetables, roasted Chana, buttermilk etc.
