Diet for loosing fat
Height 5'4" Weight 66.4 kg Age 32 Gender Male Waist Size 34" Profession IT consultant Muscle mass 48.8 Kg Fat 14.9 Kg Bone mass 2.7 Kg I'm working out for past 3 months. Please advise what training schedule and diet I should follow to loose weight and gain muscle mass.

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Limit dairy n soy products . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Its important to follow healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process,there is no quick fix approach . Follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(dairy,eggs,chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates(white rice,poha etc) & healthy fats(walnuts,almonds etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
