Diet chart for losing weight
Present am 75 kgs need to reduce 15 to 20 kgs but don't have any motivation so started gym. Still no improvement in the mean while I get to know diet also very important in loosing fat. But have one problem i have poor knowledge about carbs, proteins, fat,keto. I was trying hard to know the micro and macro nutrients. But no it's all are confusion. So planning to consult dietitian but they're charging more money not blaming them. But, am not afford what should I do. I came from village so almost we end up eating rice chapthi daal in everyday. So please suggest me diet chart

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
