MY height is 5'2" and I'm 43 kg only . I want to a healthy body and increase my weight by 10 to 15 kg . What could i do??pls suggest me and give me a suitable diet plan. ...Thank you

For gaining weight start ur day with exercise and walk early morning and evening wAdd hich increase ur metabolism. Exercise helps you increase lean weight & prevent fat accumulation. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid junk and oily food.

Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises. Non veg paneer egg milk and milk products soyabean dal chana and butter ghee dry fruits.
