Can I consult to gym and work on it to reduce my weight because I have a fat of stomach so tht would it be good to go to gym what if I stop going to gym my weight will increase again or not

You can go to gym or you can do floor exercises as well.do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take high fiber low fat diet.Avoid outside food completely. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
