Respected sir or mam. I mostly do every day jogging and brisk walking 1 hours and mostly I have to lose my weight im 6.1 inch tall guy my weight is 98 kg how much weight is ideal for me according to my height ...mostly I take. 1 plate full fruits in my breakfast with 4 soaked pistachio and green tea I take 3 time in a days  and some times I take toned milk with Oatmeal with adding a honey and fruits in lunch I take 3 roti with a half plate brownrice with a boil vegetables with adding pinch of salt and in evening I do workout. 1 hours in a zym and do a brisk walking and after coming home I drink water and after 10 min of my workout I take green tea  after zym 15 minutes in night I take 3 roti with a boil vegetables Is my diet is good na for healthy heart and life style
