What would be an ideal diet for me?
Hello. I have a doubt regarding my diet. I am a biryani lover and I didn't have a tummy until now. I quit biryani and I don't exercise much but I go out for a jog 2-3 days a week. What would be an ideal food intake for me to reduce my excess tummy and keep myself healthy?

Balanced diet ..don't skip any thing ...take all foods in balanced way ..try to cut carbs ..consult me for further guidance
