All things do not Correlate with each other so we have to rule diagnosis First of all do not worry Do not search symptoms on internet Acidity after taking medicine is not allergy it can be side effect Taking too much antibiotic like rifagut for long duration can kill normal flora of gastrointestinal tract which can lead to bad taste so it should be stopped Having a stressful life, overthinking about health can lead to bad headache and hyperacidity like symptoms T4 may vary slightly some time, it is not fluctuating at higher range so no need of medication Most of the fatty person having fatty liver no need to take medicine also it can be controlled by regular exercise also
Next Steps
Socialize with people share your thoughts Get involved in some daily activities Cut down overthinking and stress Do regular exercise or walking Do regular meditation not at home but at garden Keep check your sugar include curd in your diet
Health Tips
Consult if symptoms recur

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
