Deviated septum
I have sinusitis which has been gradually converted into deviated septum . Having difficulty in breathing and blocked nose regularly. Using otrovin nasal drop.bit having chest pain too.

Sinusitis will not convert in to deviated septum.as you are having problem,get surgery .dont use otrivin nasal drops for long time
