Desi ghee along with fish
Hi doctor Do help Is Desi ghee can be eaten with fish?? As dairy products is not allowed to eat alone with fish.. So tell.. is butter Desi ghee allowed??? And what else not allowed to eat with fish??

I would say the most harmful thing in our daily food is the rich gravy, being a Bengali myself , I would like to inform that fish can be cooked very lightly also.in that scenario, ghee can be had... all ng with dal and rice. But if the cooking is too rich, then may not have with ghee.

Exactly except the exception of ghee,like if you are taking  a dhal rice with which a 1 tsp of ghee can be added + FISH is okay The quantity of saturated fat depends on your age,activity levels & if into any defeciency etc Again it is very  individual based not for everyone as per the body type according to Ayurveda
