Hello practo user I can understand the tough situation you are currently facing in your life. The above mentioned statements are indicative that there is some underlying stress in your life personal or professional . When there is stress and unhealthy coping concentration and sleep gets disturbed . You can try and maintain a thought diary in which you can write about your interactions on a daily basis , also try and take small breaks during your work to keep the attention span . You can also practice some guided meditation and deep breathing , try and exercise daily as it keeps your overall health good. Try and spend time with close family members and friends and keep yourself occupied with things you enjoy. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an indepth case history , diagnosis and treatment through regular counselling sessions . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
