I'm suffering from lot of mental tensions.. I have some personal family issues.. due to that over thinking about my issues I cant getting sleep over night.. I'm trying alot to forgot nd sleep but no use.. I even suffering from left abdomen pains, muscle pains and I having harmonal issues like pcod, thyroid and fatty liver... even I'm a sensitive girl.. my overthinking is not getting sleep nd headache too... can u suggest any medication to sleep..
