I don't know what's going on with me. I just feel I need someone to talk to me so I can cry out load. I am getting dreams I am having a ghost possession and no one is listening to me and i cry for help and there is no one. This is happening from last 6 months after I lost my job and i get so mad at everything around me. I feel sleepy all the time. I don't want to leave my bed..I don't feel like going out, I found my boyfriend is dating my best friend. I don't know I don't feel like trusting anyone to tell anything I don't want to lose myself, I over-think and I'm over sensitive person, the outrage is so much worse that I am actually loosing some friends coz I misbehave coz I think there is nothing called as friend in world. I feel yuck at even thinking about getting married I get scared about thinking future. Mostly I am in my past thinking how I could have changed something which I actually didn't Help me I don't know what to do I feel helpless

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
