There are no FREE treatments and dont go to anyone who promises you that. Under-graduates are the ones who have not even finished their MBBS and have nil experience in mental health issues.

Government hospitals all over the country provide treatments at minimal fee and you can avail both medicine and psychotherapy from there. If you are in Delhi, you can go to IHBAS, AIIMS, RML, Safdarjung, DDU. If you are anywhere up in north, you can visit PGI CHANDIGARH. In east, there is CIP, Ranchi, RINPAS or RIMS, Imphal. In south, there is NIMHANS in Bangalore.
