Hello, It is ok to search some stuff on google and get some knowledge but its really not good to search for your diagnosis.For example we have mood swings but being sad is totally different but when you google you will label yourself sad when actually it can be a normal mood swing, Professionals are there to help you anytime.If you are concerned about your mental health consult a mental health professional for understanding your issue.
