I m suffering from depression and anxiety from last 5yrs.. Taking now cipralex 10mg zolente forte from daily last 5 months but feeling more depressed and anxious after tightness in chest.. Etc taking cipralex from last 1 months.. Plz suggest me what to do

Continue your medication as prescribed by your treating Psychiatrist. It is also advised to take up these queries with them as they are familiar with your history. It is possible that with these symptoms they will make changes as required in your prescription
