Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding your overall well being . It seems that there is some underlying stress which is contributing to these distressing symptoms. It is suggested that you try and practice deep breathing and meditation early morning to help calm your thoughts and start the day on a positive note . Try and talk to close family members or friends and spend quality time with them engaging in various activities of your choice . You can also maintain a thought journal in which you can keep a track of your positive and negative events or thoughts of the day. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
