Depression and anxiety
From last one year am facing fearness of death ,lack of motivation, lack of interest , my mood depressed, nothing seems good for me, dr prescribed me fluvator 50 , pexep cr 25 and tancodep 2 at night and sulpitac 25 tab , after taking this all medicine am feeling drowsy in morning and dullness, concentrate on things. my fearness had reduced but my mood is not elivated.
Kindly help what can i do ?

Your medication needs to be adjusted to reduce your drowsiness. Inform your psychiatrist about your daytime drowsiness , he/she will adjust the medication.
