For depression and anxiety I m taking ignatia amara 200 and in my case ignatia working very well on my symptoms. So i m thinking to take ignatia amara 10 m. Is it ok to take?

Hi dear don't repeat till there is gradual improvement
If it becomes stagnant then second dose in same potency can be taken
