Am suffering from depression since child..Now my age is 23 years old..Now am suffering too much depression symptoms like..  memory loss, suicidial thoughts,concentration loss on studies,too much fearing and Too much..Sad mood,Emotional feelings,Negative thoughts..Low confidence,Not intresting on anything etc and some mental releted problems...please kindly help what can i do???

Consult a psychologists directly or online to assess your suitation and symptoms in details to identify the root cause behind such emotional imbalance and also find suitable solutions plan. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
