Depressed anxiety
I am suffering from depression, anxiety. I am getting divorce, I didn't want to get.but my spouse wants . It's been 1 n half year am staying with my parents. I can't face people. I don't use social media. Can't face any friends or relatives. I run away from everywhere I see people I know. I even get angry when someone ask about my husband.bcs I didn't tell anyone about my divorce. the people who knows about it, teases me. Many people taunt me that am a divorcee bcs am short tempered and no one can tolerate me etc etc. What should I do. I want to live happily but am feeling depressed.

Dear mam I can imagine it must be quite tough for you. Ending a relationship can be quite overwhelming and often creates a lot of doubts and low self esteem. However, this is not the end of the world. Try to focus on the positives in your life. You can seek help from a professional for counseling.If you are doing sad, has lost all interests, feel hopeless about future Jane disturbed sleep and appetite, it could be sign of depression. Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Accept the life with reality. Yes, relationship break up takes time accept the failure and adjust with reality. If your decision was  taken after a lot of consideration, then respect the decision and face it. There is nothing called as right or wrong decision, it all about taking the decision at right time and standby to it. Don't worry about others for sometime. They don't come to you during your hard times. What's important at this moment is rebuild yourself first. Divert your mind back to your interest,priorities, passion or dreams. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
