Follow up with doctor is the first thing you should do. Then doctor will take x rays to rule out the cause of pain and will prescribe the medicines if required. But you meeting dentist for follow up is the first thing rest all decisions has to be taken by dentist only.

Nothing can't be said without X-ray. X-ray would show the condition of RCT done. It's okay to have mild pain while biting but continuous pain is not good.. there might be various factors.. visit the dentist and discuss the problem..

Pain is normal for few days after RCT, called post- Op pain. But if it hurts even after few weeks, plz consult your operating doctor only as he would be the best person to find if there is any problem in the procedure done.

please visit your dentist & convey him your trouble.  Probably it's just a mild inflammation post your RC.  don't take medicines without his supervision.

Please check with ur dentist..He will check for the pressure points etc..a lot of times the pain is due to excess pressure on the tooth which can be relieved easily.. Please visit ur dentist!!

Firstly i would advice you to pay a visit to your doctor again so that the tooth in question may be checked once again. There may be various reasons for the pain ranging from persistent infection to a fracture of the tooth in some cases.which have to be ruled out on a thorough check up once again

Sometimes patients can experience some post operative discomfort after root canal treatment for which your dentist can prescribe medications, as has already been done..... if it is bothering you too much, you can visit your dentist again and convey your problems to him..... it will be difficult to provide a logical suggestion without having a look at the latest x-ray of the tooth..... Regards.....

Pain after root canal treatment is quite normal in some cases. It might be coz of inflammation in Tooth root, or over filling of post completion.Kindly visit ur dentist and get ur teeth Xray done and get it out of occlusion and avoid eating from that side for a week. It wont be resolved only by medications. Hope u get relief soon.
