I have pain on my front teeth and if press just above that teeth there is a vain like structure which is suffering extreme pain..and my tip of my front teeth is breaking as fine particles of enamel ..what will be the reason?kindly waiting for reply

The tooth may have abscess if there was trauma in the past. or even if there is caries or discoloration of the tooth. as you said fine particles of enamel is breaking I suspect there might be trauma in the past and the tooth is infected at present.
Next Steps
visit the dentist, he will take x-Ray at tell you the cause. probably you may have to go for RCT of that tooth
