I am having some pus like above my tooth on gum but there is not at all pain on the tooth only there is a very slight bearable pain on touching gum what is this?

it may be due to lateral periodontal infection due to deposits...or due to cavitated tooth in which the infection spreads periapically and cause gum boil.....thorough clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out the cause.. if it is due to dental caries tha root canal treatment should have done... if it is due to deposits then scaling and root planning should be done
