It may be an ulcer or a sinus due to an infection in tooth adjacent to pus drainage point..For accurate diagnosis and treatment, visit a dentist to get it examined properly clinically and with an x ray to rule out the cause of the same..Slight will be reduced once you get it checked for the further treatment..

You have an infection. A clinical examination by a dentist and an Xray called Iopa is required before deciding course of treatment.

Hello sir... it may be due to lateral periodontal infection due to deposits...or due to cavitated tooth in which the infection spreads periapically and cause gum boil.....thorough clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out the cause.. if it is due to dental caries tha root canal treatment should have done... if it is due to deposits then scaling and root planning should be done
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur consultation and management
