Hello mam.... it may be due to improperly did filling which cause microlekage and secondary caries....you need to remove the filling and x-ray has to be taken to check for progression of infection to the pulp...if there is infection to pulp then you need to undergo root canal treatment or proper filling should be made if the infection does not reaches pulp...you can take painkiller of flexon thrice daily... but medication is only temporary relief..

kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management

Filling must have been done improperly , or may be the decay has involved the blood supply of ur tooth. Just visit a dentist and have xray taken.

Visit a dentist at the earliest. Get a radiograph done for the filled tooth. There is every chance of secondary caries developing under the existing filling, which may be the cause of pain. If so your filling needs to be redone or the the tooth may undergo Root canal treatment. Regarding food Impaction, an over contoured or undercontoured filling or proximal overhangs may just be the reason for this. This may end up in serious pain and gum problem soon. So don't neglect your problems and get professional help.

Hello mam, pain might be due to the previous decay which was deep or due to high points on the filling or due to accumulation of food in that region. I would advise you to visit your dentist for the better understanding of your condition and get it corrected.

It is majorly because of the infection which might still exist under the filling . An x-ray should be taken and treatment can be proceeded after that . It might end up in root canal treatment and it has to be done at the earliest otherwise it might lead to pus formation at the root tip . Pain killers are temporary . We have encountered countless complaints like this and we have provided the best treatment

Pain may be due to the irritation of the filling or may be due tos one problem in the tooth. Do not take medications on your own. Go to a dentist and get it checked.
