Consult with a dentist
Online now
You should see the dentist who has placed the dental Implant for you, if possible. Get it confirmed if implant or just cap over it is moving. The dentist may need a x-ray to confirm the situation and associated solution required to treat it. In this case an online consultation will help you less.

Visit the dentist who had the implants done. Pain and mobility indicates failure of implants. Get the proper xrays done and do the nessecary treatment
