Dental Fillings
I've got GIC fillings on 4 molar biting surface . There was no pain before fillings but I've sensitivity in teeth and I'm afraid of eating thinking of loosing filling and I'm very young to loose any teeth. How long will this fillings going to stay they cost me 500 and all fillings done on the middle of biting surface. Pls suggest.

Hello sir, GIC is not a permanant filling so u should go for composite fillings as they are permanent fillings and u can chew well with them. Kindly visit the dentist and consult and get it checked and replaced if the problem persists.

If the sensitivity of your teeth are intolerant you must take an X-ray. You may tell your dentist to do a full ceramic / Zirconium crown. The sensitivity will stop.

When you go for such restorations there is little bit of senstivity for around one to two weeks ... you may use any sensitivity tooth pastes available in the market .... and don’t worry they will not dislodge soon .... you can have anything ..... keep smiling
