hi, you brush daily but there are some areas between teeth where your brush can not go easily. along with brushing , you need to do regular flossing and use inter-dental brush. if there are cavities, get them filled as soon as possible to avoid root canal treatments in the long run.

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. if there is a cavity in your teeth, you need to get it filled. yellow teeth could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Hi, If you have decay(cavities) in your teeth kindly consult a dentist. As the Dental caries once started can not be stopped just by brushing, though, keep doing regular tooth brushing twice in a day as it will prevent other tooth from getting carious(decay). Colour of teeth varies in every person. Reason for discolouration should be identified by a dentist. Treatments are available to improve the colour of teeth by scaling and polishing(for external stains), bleaching or covering with crowns(for internal stains).
Next Steps
kindly consult a dentist to get complete diagnosis for your tooth decay and discolouration.
Health Tips
Continue doing your toothbrushing both in morning and evening.
