My sister's dengue report shows Dengue Fever Antigen NS1 EIA. 7.28(Critical) What should be the further line of treatment? She has 100 degree fever now and too much weakness.

Check for CBC,platelet count have to be monitored . Fluid intake should be to the maximum capacity Reach out a doctor if any of the warning signs present: swelling of body either generalised or peripheral . Bleeding of any form Beware of dehydration ( look for dry tongue)
Next Steps
