Dengue symptoms
My wife is unwell , the platelet count was 61000, when checked last .
Also today she's having motions contiuesly , as well vomiting.
She's on fruit diet of mosambi & kiwi, with ors liquid, please guide us , as iam in Bangalore & she's in Vishakhapatnam.

Hello,
Your wife is having a viral fever with low platelets count and her last platelets was 61000 you need to repeat the test everyday or at least alternate day in order to see the platelet count as if it's decreasing persistently then she might need hospitalisation.
Loose motions with vomiting can lead to severe dehydration of the body with generalised weakness this might be real worrisome situation as it can lead to decrease in blood pressure and kidney may also get affected.
Next Steps
Visit to a local general physician as soon as possible get blood test and ultrasonography of abdomen done.
