Current Symptoms:
Persistent low platelet count, not improving with supplements. Currently having mild cold, cough, and mild fever, which could further lower platelets. No active bleeding (gum bleeding, nosebleeds, or blood in urine/stool) yet. Tomorrow we have doctor's appointment at 1 pm but right now patient is feeling a bit tired and we are concerned regarding what if this fever, cold and cough suddenly drops the platelets even more. What should we do?

Hemoglobin: 13.49 g/dL (Normal)
WBC & RBC Counts: Slightly low RBC but within manageable range
LDH Level: 174 U/L (Normal)
Direct Coombs Test: Negative
