Dear Doctor, I was having fever for the past 5 days. Also has severe body and muscle pain, pain at back of eyes, headache. Yesterday had done a blood test. Hemoglobin 13gm/dl, pcv 39.3%, rbc 4.3 mill/mm3, mcv 75.4 fL, mch 25 pg. Platelets 1.7 lak/cumm. Uric acid 3.2 mg/dL, CRP 32 mg/L. Dengue NS1 Antigen 5.801.
Please tell me do I affected with dengue? Why uric acid level is becoming low?
