Dengue NS1 is same as dengue rapid test. Dengue NS1 will be positive after the appearance symptoms within 4-6 days. If the symptoms are after 6 days then dengue IgM will be valid.
After 6 days doing NS1 is not required ( it won’t give the proper result)

NS1 test is one of the rapid tests for dengue. It is useful within first week of fever.

Ns1 is diagnostic test which gives positive results only in 1 st week of fever after that igM antibody test is done for diagnosis

No both are not same..
For current infection we will do NS1 antigen test
Next Steps
patient should undergo IgM antibody test
and all blood test should be done like CBC n ol
