Dengue fever NS1 test positive
My friend had fever from last 3 days. He had headache and pain in joints.
He consulted a doctor and doctor prescribed some medicines for fever and suggested some test. Dengue igG and IgM came negative but dengue fever NS1 came positive...
Help us what does this mean.. How is he gonna fine.? Can dengue can be treated at early stage?

It means he has dengu fever..no need to panic but proper management is needed...get cbc done and platelet count..repeat platelet after 2 days...maintain hydration..fluids and water..
