Dengue fever
Dengue fever wbc 2800 platelets 2,10,000. Today 5th day. Two days only fever from 3rd day no fever. Suffering from severe back pain from day1. 2 days Dynaper injection put then also pain not reduced. Every 6 hrs paracetamol 650 taking. Pain not reduced at all. Not able to tolerate the pain. 24 hrs continuously paining not able to sleep also. Pain is very severe unable to explain also. Please suggest how to reduce Pain. I request you I am suffering lot.
