Dengue fever 78000 platelets
My husband got fever on Wednesday then on Sunday we get him tested for dengue and report came positive his platelets on Sunday was 1 lakh then on Monday it is 78000 do we need to repeat platelets test in evening or wait for next day morning or get him admitted in hospital

You can start treatment for platelet count improvement. He should have a repeat Platelet count only if he has some abdominal pain or some bleeding from any part of the body without an injury.
