My last menstrual period was 36 days ago, and I am not experiencing my usual pre-period symptoms. I had unprotected intercourse around 30 days ago and took an oral emergency contraceptive within 2 hours. I have since taken both urine and blood pregnancy tests, which were negative. Could the emergency contraceptive be causing this delay, or should further evaluation be done?

Yes emergency contraceptive pills are known to delay periods also they have a very high failure rate
If pregnancy test on day 37 counting from day one of the period is negative you can take a medicine to help you get your periods
