Deficiency of Vit D
I am feeling regular joint knee pain while having a walk or regular day to day work. I am also experiencing hair damage and hair fall. I have done my health checkup and the concerned area is Vit D. Kindly suggest some medication for this deficiency.

Dear, You have severe deficiency of Vitamin D3
Next Steps
At least 15min daily exposure of sunlight ( best time of sunlight is from 10am-3pm). Start Vitamin d3 nano shots once weekly for total of 8 weeks. Have foods rich in vitamin d such as Spinach, white beans, Tuna fish, fortified orange juices etc.

But d levels are deficient. Work on sunlight exposure, consume dairy products

You can take vit d injection intramuscular or start 60k I.u twice a week till symptoms improve

You can take supplements available over the counter - can either take 60000 units once a week for 4 weeks. Also can have calcium supplements and do basic exercises as well!
