Decrease in memory power
I am 25 year male. Ive been experience a decline in memory since few months. I dont clearly remember incidents that happen,may be it a family get together or any event details that i was a part of. I am also not able to remeber daily activities at my work.. the things that someone explained to me or told to do... Should i start taking o3 fish oil capsules as a supplement? Will it cause any improvement... Any other prescription which can be beneficial.?

Forgetfulness can be a symptom of depression anxiety stress We need to rule out other symptoms to conclude why this Forgetfulness is there? Talk about it to a mental health professional Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person All the best

Dear Sir Difficultly in remembering day to say things, lack of focus can occur due to a variety of reasons like excessive stress, unhealthy lifestyle and even in mental health problems like depression or anxiety. Try doing regular exercise and meditation. Seek professional help if your problem persists. See a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation and further management.
