Deafness in one ear
I can not hear from my right ear since birth. can this problem be fixed with out using support of any machine.

It is unlikely that it can recover without the use of machine.. You will have to use a hearing aid depending on the level of hearing loss

We should take proper hearing tests. Then on the basis of audiogram and further evaluations like CT brain etc we can go for cochleae implant
