Hi, One needs to train their brain to be in present with satisfaction. Through mediation & exercise you will be able to get in the phase. Little therapeutic work of hypnotherapy involving subconscious mind training will help you to overcome this completely. Take care

In order to determine the cause of daydreaming, consult a psychologist and explain about day dreaming and your thoughts. If you are feeling stressed or anxious about certain things you can talk about it with a psychologist. A psychologist will guide you with coping techniques to overcome excessive daydreaming.
