My daughter hates milk, but takes curd, buttermilk, paneer in limited quantities. Since she has allergic rhinitis, I was told that stopping milk will help clear the constant nose block. She is 16, pl suggest some other calcium rich foods .

Hi Mam. Ragi porridge is an excellent source of calcium. Pls give it at least 3 times a week . Apart from this cheese, fish, palak, tomatoes, dates are good sources of calcium.
