5 months baby is exclusively breastfeeding and generally takes less milk. But since yesterday he is not drinking milk. He is active and no fever and not crying also. But whenever I try to feed him he will start crying. He didn't pass urine frequently. Around 4 times he passed including day and night yesterday

Baby should pass urine more than 6 times a day, see if any oral ulcer, maintain normal temperature of room, comfortable position while feeding. If still the baby is not feeding kindly consult a doctor.
