Darkness on body part

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have dark underarm,backside on nack,on hand fingers,knee an around the lips from last 2-3 yrs,I tried maximum homeramedies but nthng works,and qraa under arms also used..skin is not dark so much but if I ignore to apply any home ramidies then its increase... Now I am worry,I have not much time to cure on my skin,I take approx 20 minute for bath
