Need to know your skin type for sunscreen.
also need to rule out causes of darkcircles, is there any vitamin, iron ,hemoglobim deficiency.
your stress level , screen time etc.
for dark neck also need to check sugar profile amd lipid profile.
there could be insulin resistance causing acanthosis nigricans.
