Dandruff hairfall care
Due to dandruff hairfall issue (even after using Ketoconazole shampoo routinely) I have shaved my hair completely a few days back ... Scalp is very flaky and itchy ... How can I care for my hair right now cause they have just started growing back .. I want to care them from the beginning.. what can I do ...????

Dandruff
Follow these practices to keep your scalp clean and healthy-
1. wash hair every alternate day- from root to tip.
2. Use a hair oil 1 hour before shampoo.
3. Dont rub your hair vigorously, gently pat dry.
4. use a conditioner if hair are frizzy.
If Your dandruff stays even after these practices, consult a dermatologist. The doctor will check if its normal dandruff or seborrhoeic dermatitis or psoriasis of scalp and accordingly you will be prescribed the medication required.

Take honey as needful mix in lemon juice, apply over scalp properly, keep it 30 minutes and rinse with normal water.

Use sebameds anti dandruff shampoo 2-3 times a week for 2 weeks .and after that start using it only twice a week ,in between add John sons baby shampoo once a week to wash your hair,as anti dandruff shampoo tend to dry out your scalp . I suggest to use it regularly for 2 weeks (3 times a week)and then make it alternate with some mild shampoo for next 4/5 weeks (sebamed anti dandruff shampoo 2 times a week and baby shampoo in between once a week)
Dandruff is fungal infection and can take up to six months to completely stop .so make sure you are using your anti dandruff shampoo regularly.
Take good care of hygiene.wash pillow covers and bedsheets regularly to prevent spread of fungus.
