I want to remain dairy free during my pregnancy. Can i get calcium from Ragi or other food items. I am not drinking milk due to adulteration.

Gud afternoon if u don't prefer milk then u can have soymilk or almond milk or lactose free pure milk as a substitute n yes u can have ragi as a good source of calcium.
