Talk to experienced dietitian online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Firstly whey proteins are not bad, the fact should be is it really required?
Whey proteins are meant to absorb fast and quickly as compared to other natural sources which is only advisable if you are indulging in rigorous workout (post workout).
So try to meet up with your protein requirements through natural foods and opt for supplementation only if it's seriously required.
In order to prescribe you more on this is important for me to know
Your current activity
Lifestyle
Food habits
Any other medical history
Workout routine... Etc
