Daily Protein Requirement
Hello sir/mam my question is whey protein is bad for health, because am take whey protein daily in after workout and night time. am take 50% daily protein from whey and 50% protein from natural food. so this is good or bad for me?

Firstly whey proteins are not bad, the fact should be is it really required? Whey proteins are meant to absorb fast and quickly as compared to other natural sources which is only advisable if you are indulging in rigorous workout (post workout). So try to meet up with your protein requirements through natural foods and opt for supplementation only if it's seriously required.
