Daiet plan for 1month baby
Dear Sir,
I have 1month baby boy, need to know daiet plan for him, as of now I don't have idea how much feed to him, I feel some constipation also and. observing Fart so many times.
plz suggest...

Just Brest feeding only till the age of 6 month. Nothing else apart from that.?

A one month old baby needs to be given exclusive Breastfeeding on demand.
In case of any challenges the mother should discuss about her Breastfeeding issues with a Lactation expert.

Good morning,
Breast feeding is only thing required for first six months of baby.
Vitamin D3 is also required for all babies till one year of age.
Rest of requirements can be discussed only after examination of your baby.

Exclusive breastfeeding for first 6 months. This is not constipation, as even after two or three days, the baby will pass soft stools only, which is again normal. Don't worry about flatulence. Check weight gain in regular intervals

Do only breast feeding ,there is no limit give on demand,Breastfeeding baby not passing stool for 2/3 days absolutely normal
