Newborn baby weight gain
My 1month 19 day baby boy whose birth weight was 3kg is now weighing only 3.6kg. He is breastfed . Is this within the normal weight limits. If not what can I do to bring it up and what would be the expected weight now

Hi.It is physiological to lose weight in first 5-7 days of life . Most babies regain this lost weight by days 10-14 of life.Do not worry.On an average baby should gain about 150-200 gms per week.Give exclusive breastfeeding. Do not worry.Take care!
